Once you place an order through the site, you will receive an email detailing our suggested
packaging instructions. We always recommend a sturdy form of packaging (such as a
padded bag, or video mailer box from the post office) and always recommend tracking
such as registered post or express post.
Can I courier my device to you?
Yes, but it must be booked it in through the website first. Our workshop address is:
Fixpod, 257 Broadway, Glebe NSW 2037.
Should I include the sim card, or the charger, or the original box or the protective case?
Please do not send us anything other then the product you wish to be fixed. Any boxes,
sim cards or accessories that are sent to Fixpod will not be returned.
You said that you sent my repaired product back to me a week ago but it has not arrived! What happens now?
Once payment for your repair is confirmed, you will be sent out an email confirming that your
product has been dispatched, containing your package tracking number. All our packages are
sent via Registered Post. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/
All sent packages are insured for the current value. If a package is lost, it will be replaced with
an identical item, or a refund for the insured amount will be given.
