We’ve made it easy for you to find the model you
own and the exact repair you need.

2. Decide if you want to walk-in or mail-in.
If you’re in Sydney and want your device fixed on-the-spot, come visit
our workshop anytime during business hours. No appointment necessary.
We serve mail-in orders Australia wide. All repairs are fixed as soon as
they arrive and return postage is free. To send it in, follow our mail-in
instructions after clicking through the repair page.
3. That’s it. We’ll take it from here.
You can choose to receive SMS and email updates throughout
the repair process, notifying you of when your device is
received, repaired and returned.
Payment is made only once repairs are complete and using
our bank’s online payment gateway is super easy and
secure.
All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty for ultimate
peace of mind.
